Not mine—just managed: living as God’s steward

You belong to Jesus, purchased at great cost, so you can live free from pretending to be the owner. God isn’t a silent partner; He’s the Owner who entrusts you with time, gifts, and resources so they can be used His way. Learning to say “not mine, just managed” turns ordinary days into holy assignments. It shifts your posture from control to trust, from gripping to giving, from anxiety to worship. Start this year by returning the keys and asking God how He wants His things used in your hands.

Psalm 24:1–2: The whole earth and everyone in it belong to the Lord, because He made it all and set it firmly in place on the waters.

Reflection: What is one area of your life you still treat as if you own it, and what is one concrete step you can take this week to manage it with God instead of for yourself?
